Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

In compliance with UAE law, customers are entitled to return eligible products within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

As permitted under UAE law, certain products are non-returnable:

Damages and Issues

Customers must inspect their order upon receipt and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

  • Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Products or services marked “No Refund” or “No Cancellation” will be clearly communicated on the product page and at checkout. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method only.

  • Refund transfers may take up to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled; the Return & Refund Policy will apply in such cases.
